As wine is a consumable product, all sales are final and no refunds will be given for change of mind.
However, should you receive broken, damaged, spoiled or incorrect wines in your order, or your order does not arrive, please let get in touch with us immediately.
In these cases, we will either refund you in full, covering any shipping costs, or send out a replacement.
